Option 1: Digital Dashboard (Easiest) ⭐

Option 2: Print & Check Off (Classic) 📄

• Print week-by-week.html one week at a time
• Put on fridge, mark with pen
• Print next week when done
• Best for: Visual reminders, low-tech approach

Option 3: Google Sheets Sync (Advanced) 🔄

• Follow SETUP-GOOGLE-SHEETS.md (15 min setup)
• Open poc-sheets.html on all devices
• Real-time sync across phone/laptop/tablet
• Best for: Cross-device collaboration with Emily & Michael

Your Daily Routine

Every Morning (2 minutes):

1. Open index.html
2. Check "Today's Priority"
3. Do that task
4. Done!

Every Sunday (15 minutes):

1. Review upcoming week
2. Send Sunday email (6-8pm)
3. Check what's coming
4. Feel prepared!

• Nov 10, 17, 24: Email Sundays (6-8pm)
• Nov 21 (Thu): Pre-orders launch (optional)
• Nov 28 (Fri): VIP Soft Opening 4-7pm (optional)
• Nov 29 (Sat): GRAND OPENING 10am-6pm 🎉
• Nov 30 (Sun): Thank you email + rest!

The Bare Minimum (If Overwhelmed)

Only do these THREE things:

1. Email Campaign - Your 100+ subscribers (2-3 hours)
2. Website Hero Image - Convert to WebP (45 min)
3. Grand Opening Day - Show up & be amazing (8-10 hours)

Everything else is optional! You can still have a successful opening with just these.
