About This Event

Join us for a cozy evening of stories at The Wandering Lantern with our monthly Family Classics Read-Aloud.

Each month, families are invited to settle in and listen as we begin a beloved children’s classic together. We’ll read enough to introduce the characters, spark curiosity, and leave everyone eager to discover what happens next. Families can then continue the book together at home at their own pace.

Our November selection is Roald Dahl’s James and the Giant Peach, the imaginative story of a lonely boy whose life changes when a giant peach appears and carries him into a strange, funny, and unforgettable adventure.

Come get comfortable, enjoy the opening chapters, and begin a new family reading tradition.
