Guest Reader Saturday Story Time

Travel back in time with local children’s author Aliyah Kennedy at The Wandering Lantern on Saturday, November 7, at 11 AM!

Aliyah’s picture books introduce young readers to fascinating prehistoric creatures beyond dinosaurs, combining images of real fossils with stories about kindness, confidence, and finding your place in the world. Her titles include Sleep Tight, Ammonite, a calming bedtime story; Not Quite a Trilobite, a tale about confidence and belonging; and Tilly the Tully Monster, a story that encourages kindness and standing up to bullying.

Join us for a special author reading followed by a short activity or Q&A. It’s a lovely opportunity for curious children to explore prehistoric life and meet a local storyteller!

This free, drop-in Story Time will last approximately 30–45 minutes. Children and their grown-ups are welcome!
