Story Time Yoga

Join us on October 17 from 11 AM-12 PM for a free, family-friendly story time yoga class with local children’s author, educator, and movement specialist Terese M. G.!

Terese will share her newest book, Skelly T. Bones and Nami Do Yoga, released October 1. Children and their grown-ups will be invited to stretch, pose, imagine, and move along with Skelly T. Bones and Nami as the story comes to life.

Terese’s playful “movement poetry” combines storytelling and big-body movement to make reading an active and joyful experience. No yoga experience is necessary—just come ready to listen, move, laugh, and have fun together!
